For Care Coordination Delegates not able to use the county pass-through option, see the Bridgeview Care Coordination Delegate User-Guide for how to enter non-medical EW bus passes in each region. After the service-agreement is entered, complete and send the following forms as applicable to the region.

Effective 9-29-2022, all questions should be sent to EWBusPasses@bluecrossmn.com including bus pass replacement requests. For general technical assistance with service agreements, use Bridgeview.Service.Agreements@bluecrossmn.com.

NE Region:

Metro:

The direct link to Metro Transit Go-To Card is: https://www.metrotransit.org/go-to-card. Metro Transit Customer Care Number: 612-373-3333. Must have 16 digit serial (pass) number on the back of the card.

Effective 9-29-2022, Metro card replacements and questions should be sent to EWBusPasses@bluecrossmn.com.

Required information when requesting a replacement card:

  • Member First and Last Name
  • 8+PMI
  • Member address
  • Serial (pass) number  on the back of the card (16 digit number), if known
