On Friday 6/12/25, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), under the guidance of its own DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG), moved to terminate the Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) program.
DHS is working with CMS to take the required actions to end the housing stabilization services benefit as soon as possible, including required notifications to enrollees/service recipients as well as providers.
Blue Plus is sending out two communications to let members know about this change.
- The first communication is being sent to all members. Members will receive one type of communication, based on the contact information we have on file:
- Members with an email address will receive an email
- Email is the preferred form of communication. Members with both an email address and a phone number will receive only the email communication
- Emails went out on September 30, 2025, and are coming from “noreply@email.bluecrossmn.com”
- Members with a phone number and no email address will receive a text message
- SecureBlue members received text messages on September 30, 2025
- All other members will receive a text message on October 1, 2025
- Text messages will come from 855-233-2583
- Members with neither an email address nor a phone number will receive a letter
- Letters are being mailed on October 1, 2025
- Members with an email address will receive an email
Omada will begin their Q4 outreach campaign to SecureBlue members. Members will receive information about the Omada Health program and how to enroll. The outreach will be done through email, or by mail, if the member does not have an email address on file. MSC+ members do not have the Omada program and are not included in this outreach campaign.
The emails will come from support@omadahealth.com. Letters will also be sent from Omada. The schedule for outreach is as follows:
