Starting the week of July 28th, MSHO members who received a myFlexCard in 2025 and have not activated or used their card will be contacted by Blue Cross with information about this benefit. Members with an email address on file will be contacted via email, while those without an email on file will receive a letter. Communications will be provided in English, Hmong, Karen, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese. The purpose is to notify members of their eligibility for the myFlexCard and remind them to use the card.
